Roger Goff

Roger Goff is an entertainment lawyer and producer in Los Angeles, California. In over 35 years as an entertainment professional and attorney, Roger has handled hundreds of transactions across the entire industry spectrum including film, television, music, digital media and entertainment technology. He has represented financiers, as well as producers, directors, writers, actors and other artists and entrepreneurs.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Roger worked in radio and television broadcasting, commercial production, advertising and as a studio musician. He holds an FCC license as a broadcast engineer and graduated from the studio guitarists program at Musicians Institute (in addition to receiving his B.A. from UCLA and his law degree, with honors, from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles). He began his legal career as a corporate attorney handling mergers and acquisitions and private securities transactions. He quickly transitioned to the music industry and spent many years representing independent record labels. As an attorney in the film industry, Roger has handled financing and production for over a hundred films, including the Academy Award winning Dallas Buyers Club (Matthew McConaughey, Jennifer Garner, Jared Leto), Welcome to the Rileys (produced by Ridley Scott), Splinter (directed by Toby Wilkins, starring Shea Whigham, Jill Wagner and Paulo Costanzo), American Gun (Forest Whitaker, Marcia Gay Harden, Donald Sutherland, Amanda Seyfried), and The Space Between (Kelsey Grammer, Julia Goldani Telles, William Fichtner). Roger has also been an executive producer on several films, including most recently Man Down (Shia Labeouf, Gary Oldman, Kate Mara, Krystal (directed by William H. Macy and starring Rosario Dawson, Kathy Bates and Nick Robinson), Cut Throat City (Ethan Hawke, Terrence Howard, Wesley Snipes, Kat Graham, and The Tiger Rising (Dennis Quaid, Queen Latifah). Roger is a producer of the 2023 release The Locksmith (Ryan Phillippe, Kate Bosworth, Ving Rhames). |
Alexandra Fritz

Alexandra Fritz is an attorney and entertainment professional with substantial experience in film production and distribution, as well as entertainment marketing and technology. She has spent time as in-house counsel at both a large independent film and television studio, as well as a major film sales, distribution and finance company. In addition, she has counseled many independent entertainment professionals with respect to legal and business issues.
Alex is primarily based in California, although she spends substantial time on both coasts. |
Jamie Cooperstein

Jamie Cooperstein is a highly experienced entertainment, business, and corporate attorney. Jeffrey Young

Jeff Young is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada and the State Bar of California. He began his thirty-five year legal career in corporate and real estate law. He ultimately focused on intellectual property, new media, sports and entertainment, particularly in film/TV and music.
Jeff has worked with major entertainment and media corporations, award winning artists, and international, local major, and independent film and TV clients. He currently represents a number of music publishers, film companies, sports franchises and live entertainment venues in negotiating business deals involving media, film, music, sports and entertainment. As a post-secondary educator, Jeff currently teaches film and music law at the University of Victoria as an adjunct professor, and New Media Law in the Faculty of Business at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He was also the founding Head of the Entertainment Business Management Diploma Program at the Vancouver Film School. Jeff was also formerly the head instructor of the Public Speaking program at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Commerce and taught and wrote adjunct curriculum for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. Jeff is based in Vancouver, Canada, and his hobbies are skiing, cycling, attending symphonic concerts and hockey games. |

Michael has particular expertise in the film industry, having spent time not only as an attorney, but also as a producer, writer and actor. He is also well-versed in technology start-ups and finance.

David Heinrich*

David Heinrich has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2019. His first job after obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of British Columbia’s Allard School of Law was as a Canadian media and broadcasting policy consultant at the independent broadcaster OUTtv before becoming a lawyer and focusing on entertainment, media, intellectual property, and corporate law. From that point on, David has specialized in intellectual property, specifically trademark issues, and become a trusted expert.
David consults with clients regarding their intellectual property issues in both the United States and Canada. *Licensed in British Columbia, Canada.

Randy Goff

Randy Goff is the firm's head of operations and office manager, as well as supervising the preparation of documents and other paralegal functions. Randy has a long history of administrative experience, including working on the administrative team at a large government subcontractor and serving as the assistant to the head of a mini-major film and television studio. Randy left that position to help launch the law firm over 30 years ago.
Daniel Mintz
Film Project Supervisor x
As GLC’s film project supervisor, Daniel Mintz guides GLC’s clientele in matters related to guild compliance, supervises all aspects of legal delivery, and provides script coverage and developmental notes for GLC’s in-house production slate. He brings to the GLC team over 15 years of combined experience in production legal, delivery, development, and post-production. Prior to joining GLC, Daniel assisted the legal department on films directed by Wes Anderson, Noah Baumbach, Dee Rees, and many other leading independent filmmakers. He has also worked extensively as a story analyst, offering script consulting to hundreds of professional and aspiring writers, grant seekers, and gauging material for such prestigious programs as the Universal Writers Lab and the Humanitas New Voices Fellowship.

Jennifer Kreisman graduated from Loyola Marymount University's School of Film and Television in 2022, with a Bachelor's in Screenwriting. From there, she worked at a production/management company in addition to freelance writing before relocating to Arizona.
