About The Firm

Following several years in the entertainment industry, Roger Goff began private law practice in 1987 as a corporate attorney at a large Los Angeles law firm.  By 1990, Roger had launched his own practice focused on the music industry. But as the music business moved online, Roger's practice pivoted toward the film industry, and that has been our focus for the past 20+ years.

With the addition of an exceptional team of attorneys and entertainment professionals, Goff Law Corporation is now a leader in the development, finance, production and distribution of independent feature films.  

Over the past several years, we have developed systems and procedures which streamline the production legal process.  In our view,  we begin delivering the film from the first day of development.  Our goal is to stay out in front of the production team so that paperwork never slows down the production process.  As experienced producers ourselves, we understand the value of  being supported by a strong legal team in every phase of production.
