Demondre Edwards practices in the areas of entertainment and business. He has a breadth of transactional experience dealing with intellectual property, entertainment and corporate matters.  Mr. Edwards has represented clients of all sizes, from small private enterprises to large public companies.  His business law experience includes matters which range from mergers & acquisitions to manufacturing and distribution agreements. In the entertainment area, Mr. Edwards has extensive expertise in the music industry, as well as experience in feature films and digital media.

Demondre’s background includes a degree in business/finance from Loyola Marymount University, a law degree from UCLA, and over four years as an intellectual property associate at Pillsbury Winthrop LLP and two years as an entertainment associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP.
